Biography

In January 2010, CW5 Nisker was selected and assigned as the Command Chief Warrant Officer (CCWO) of the Army National Guard.

The position of the ARNG Command Chief was established to not only ensure Warrant Officer issues were represented at the senior command level, but also to shape the direction in which to move the Warrant Officer Corps forward into the future. The Command Chief also serves as a key member of the ARNG Command Team to assist the Director in implementing his vision by integrating the extensive expertise of the Warrant Officer Corps in actions aligned with the Director's priorities.
